We cannot delete your Personal Data without also deleting your user account. If you delete your User Contributions from the Site, copies may remain viewable in cached and archived pages or might have been copied or stored by other Site users. Proper access and use of information provided on the Site, including User Contributions, is governed by our terms of use.

Your California Privacy Rights

California Civil Code Section § 1798.83 permits users of our Site who are California residents to request, once each year, certain information regarding our disclosure of Personal Data to third parties for their direct marketing purposes. We do not collect any Sensitive Personal Data as defined by US Privacy Laws.

Purposes and Disclosures

We use Personal Data for the purposes described above. Personal Data may also be used or disclosed as permitted or required by applicable law. We disclose Personal Data to the following categories of third parties:

• Processors: To securely handle Personal Data on our behalf and only on our instructions. These companies may not use your Personal Data for their own purposes.
• Affiliates: To our affiliates, subsidiaries, and representatives as part of providing our services.

Provide a valid email address to ensure processing. We will respond within 45 days, though we may extend this by an additional 45 days if needed, with notice. If we suspect fraudulent activity, we may delay action until we verify your identity and request authenticity. Rights are subject to certain exceptions.
